What are Library Wines?
Each year we hold back a few cases of each vintage and most of these wines have been "sold out" for years. Our red wines are good for 10-15 years, and are stored under premium cellar conditions.
What to expect?
When a wine is high quality and stored under good conditions, some say a wine develops new characteristics, flavor profile, complexity, and softened or balanced tannins.
Storing Conditions:
It is recommended to store wine in a cool dry place, with bottles either upside down or on the side, to insure corks remain moist, therefore air tight. Keep out of sunlight and extreme temperatures. We highly recommend not shipping your wines in unfavorable temperature conditions.
